Chocolate Production Assistant (Part Time):

Weekend availability;

Talk with customers - our kitchen is a open space and the customers love to watch us producing their Brigadeiros and ask us about them as you will welcoming visitors into our open concept chocolate store and educate them about the new experience in loving chocolate;

Production: Learning and performing all steps of hand roll Brigadeiros;

Safety: Adhering to strict safety standards, food safety, and quality procedures;

Maintenance: Cleaning and maintaining our production facility, including machines;
Production Leader/Retail support (Full time):
About the position: We are looking for a full-time, upbeat, positive and organized leader looking to lead a small production team while developing their career in Toronto. The job position requires produce from scratch our Brigadeiros, learn how to balance the percent of cacao in our recipes, infusions, time and temperature to make a high quality Brigadeiro and other products with them like cookies, tarts from scratch in our daily basics. Check out the inventory with the team and coordinate the machines.
We are constantly testing to improve our process and flavours, developing new products, bringing more ideas to life. You will also work together with our small team (you will supervise and plan production operations and manage our small team of Brigadeiro makers.) and work directly with Chef Mary.

Are a self starter, flexible, and able to work independently when necessary;

Are great with people and talk with customers - Have strong verbal communication skills (our kitchen is a open space and the customers love to watch us producing their Brigadeiros and ask us about them);

Have the ability to manage priorities and great organizational skills;

Have the ability to go from one task (production) to another (serving retail customers) and back as needed;

Both positions requires:

Able to work legally in Canada (work visa or permanent resident);
- Currently living in Canada;
- Language: English (required);

Must have Food Handler Certificate;

Love for Chocolate Brigadeiro is a must.
These are a physical jobs, but it’s a labor of love. We prefer that candidates have kitchen experience, as it helps with the pace and demands of these positions.
The Location:
Our production store is located on the Danforth, just a 5 minute walk from Woodbine Station.
